Terms and Conditions (these Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Delivery Terms).

Please note that by placing an order you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you should not order products from www.daynite.co.uk.

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, technology, payment methods, relevant laws and regulatory requirements and/ or in our system’s capabilities. Please check the Website each time you order products to ensure you understand the legal terms that will apply to the contract at that time.

Every time you order products from us, these Terms & Conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and us. The current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on our website.

Our Products

The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The packaging and presentation of the products may vary from that shown on images on our Website.

Our products are available in the quantities and pack sizes stated on the Website. Please check your order carefully to ensure that you have ordered the correct quantity of products required.

All products shown on our Website are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and offer you a substitute item. You can then decide whether you would like the substitute item or whether you would prefer to a refund for the item (in which case we will provide you with a full refund for the item). If we do not receive a response from you by the time that your order needs to be dispatched for delivery, we will assume you are satisfied with the substitute item offered and we will deliver the products to you.

Sometimes we can be out of stock of a product, in this case we will supply you with a product of exactly the same high standard, in order to fulfil your order.

Product Prices

The prices of the products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed by sending an Order Confirmation. The prices of the products are in pounds sterling. If prices are showing in a different currency, please change to Pound Sterling on the top right of the website on currency selector.

The prices of the products do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will vary depending on the products ordered.

How to Pay

You can pay for products using a debit card or credit card. We accept the following cards: Visa Debit, Visa Credit and MasterCard. In addition, you can use PayPal.

If the amount due from you for your order cannot be debited or charged, for whatever reason, your order will be cancelled (we will notify you of this using the contact details you provided during the order process).

How to order

Dry goods and fish are sent separately. Ideally these products should be ordered separately because of the way our system is configured. See check-out delivery options below:

  • Dry goods only maximum 10kgs £3.50 (1-3 business days) by courier
  • London only on all products £7.00 (next day), we deliver.
  • Fish only delivery on Thursday or Friday £7.00 (next day) by courier
  • Fish only delivery on Saturday  £25.00 (next day) by courier
  • Dry goods and fish delivery £10.50 (we confirm delivery dates with you) by courier

However the last option can be used to include all products in one order, and requires that we arrange delivery dates with the customer.
