We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, technology, payment methods, relevant laws and regulatory requirements and/ or in our system’s capabilities. Please check the Website each time you order products to ensure you understand the legal terms that will apply to the contract at that time.
Every time you order products from us, these Terms & Conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and us. The current version of these Terms and Conditions will be available on our website.

Our products are available in the quantities and pack sizes stated on the Website. Please check your order carefully to ensure that you have ordered the correct quantity of products required.
All products shown on our Website are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you by email as soon as possible and offer you a substitute item. You can then decide whether you would like the substitute item or whether you would prefer to a refund for the item (in which case we will provide you with a full refund for the item). If we do not receive a response from you by the time that your order needs to be dispatched for delivery, we will assume you are satisfied with the substitute item offered and we will deliver the products to you.
Sometimes we can be out of stock of a product, in this case we will supply you with a product of exactly the same high standard, in order to fulfil your order.
The prices of the products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed by sending an Order Confirmation. The prices of the products are in pounds sterling. If prices are showing in a different currency, please change to Pound Sterling on the top right of the website on currency selector.
The prices of the products do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will vary depending on the products ordered.
How to Pay
You can pay for products using a debit card or credit card. We accept the following cards: Visa Debit, Visa Credit and MasterCard. In addition, you can use PayPal.
If the amount due from you for your order cannot be debited or charged, for whatever reason, your order will be cancelled (we will notify you of this using the contact details you provided during the order process).
Delivery and charges
Delivery will be completed when the products are delivered to the address stated in the order confirmation (so please make sure that the delivery details you provide are accurate as we cannot be responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries because of your error)
Your normal delivery day will be 1 -3 business days after your order. You will receive a shipping email the day before delivery once you order has been scanned as collected from us.
Dry goods are sent from a Dry Goods warehouse and are charged at £3.50 for small parcels and £7.00 for bulk goods. Fish products are handled differently and incur a separate charge of £7.00. These products are delivered from cold-rooms. See further fish deliveries below. So a customer who buys dry goods packed as a small parcel will be charged £3.50 or £7.00 if packed as a large parcel. If the same customer buys fish, an extra £7.00 will be charged to deliver this product separately.
Fish deliveries - Delivery days and areas
We deliver on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to all of mainland UK, with some exceptions in Argyll, Northern Highlands, Orkney & Shetland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Arran, Guernsey and Jersey. Please check with us if ordering from these areas.
We do not deliver on Mondays or Tuesdays.
Special weekend delivery has an extra cost of £25 (London not included). Please get in touch with us if you would like a week-end delivery.
How our fish delivery service works
Deliveries are handled by the logistics companies and cost is £7.00. We deliver the parcels to them on the night before your delivery.
On the morning of your delivery day, the logistics company will text you the 1 hour slot when your delicious seafood will be delivered. If you are not home during that slot, do not worry! You can instruct the driver to leave your box somewhere else, like your front door or with your favourite neighbour.
If you want to easily track your order and contact the driver, we recommend that you download the DPD app.
How the order arrives
Your order will arrive in a temperature-controlled box with icepacks. Your fresh products will arrive chilled and your frozen products should arrive frozen.
While in transit, certain items might get slightly defrosted but should arrive in a state which is still safe to freeze.
If your food arrives completely defrosted, or if you feel unsure whether the product is fine or not, please give us a call. We are here to help!
Freshly sourced and shipped on next day delivery
We will source the items you ordered and pack them on the day before your delivery date. The product is properly packed with a specialised temperature-controlled box and plenty of icepacks tested to last for up to 48 hours. All orders are shipped on next day delivery and the logistics company is instructed to dispose of all parcels not delivered on the next day.
Fresh on arrival
We source our products every morning from trusted and well-established fish traders. We don’t carry any inventory on fresh products. This means that we buy exactly what has been ordered. As a result, we eliminate waste and we can guarantee a fresh fish of fantastic quality.
You are responsible for the care of the products once delivery is completed. The products should be refrigerated immediately following delivery
